Technical Program Manager III, Security and Abuse, Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to manage cyber threat investigations.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in security, fraud, spam and abuse space/ecosystem.
• Understanding of Machine Learning/Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business/Technical/Product stakeholders and leadership to align project priorities and schedules.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Trust and Safety, Workspace and Cloud to deliver critical product protections and enhance user safety and trust.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs) that align with strategic security and privacy goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identifying critical paths, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex security initiatives.
• Manage program communications and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear, timely, and effective updates to team members, partners, and leadership on program progress, risks, and milestones.
• Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement by defining and analyzing metrics to measure program impact, identify inefficiencies, and refine processes for future security-related work.
