Come join our team as a Material Handler III, playing a vital role in our operations amidst a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. As a Material Handler III, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of materials and goods throughout our warehouse facilities. You will coordinate logistics duties, maintain inventory control, receive deliveries, and promote ongoing improvement efforts in the warehouse. The responsibilities include attention to detail, fostering collaboration, having a deep understanding of operations, and prioritizing safety in a high-energy workplace.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and complete the receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, delivery numbers, and MRS orders.
Manage and optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and system updates in SAP, Snap Tracker, and other inventory management tools.
Coordinate and oversee the staging, packing, labeling, and shipping of finished goods and components to meet scheduled delivery requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Procurement, Production, Finance, and Shipping—to resolve material discrepancies, supervise aging stock
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Participate in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing warehouse workflows, space utilization, and overall productivity.
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations for shipping, both domestic and international, which involves submitting AES filings.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to NVIDIA’s safety and quality standards.
Generate and analyze aging inventory reports to discover opportunities for re-deployment, resale, e-waste or scrap.
What we need to see:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required, preferably in high-tech.
4+ years experience.
Strong proficiency with SAP ERP systems and warehouse management software.
Extensive knowledge in the intricacies of shipping, including both local and global operations, covering carrier services like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and OMNI.
Certified forklift operator with validated experience handling various warehouse equipment.
Excellent social skills, capable of coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
Hard-working with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience working with New Product Introduction (NPI) materials and dynamic manufacturing workflows.
Familiarity with task order systems and inventory reporting tools.
Proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 44,000 USD - 73,600 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
