NVIDIA seeks a highly technical, collaborative Product Manager to drive the roadmap, future product discovery, and delivery of accelerated libraries and tools for Genomics applications including Parabricks, a scalable genomics software suite for secondary analysis that provides GPU-accelerated versions of trusted, open-source tools. You will work with software and hardware developers, research scientists, and the user community to gather requirements, set product roadmaps, and provide go-to-market strategies. This role requires expert knowledge of multi-omics (genomic, transcriptomics, methylation, and proteomics) analysis, workflow deployments, AI and HPC. Your multidisciplinary expertise in product management, genomics applications, AI, and GPU computing will be key to NVIDIA's impact. We need a self-starter to continue our growth in genomics! Do you have the rare blend of technical and product skills? If you are passionate about groundbreaking technology, we would love to learn more about you!
What you'll be doing:
Define and nurture product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Parabricks and underlying libraries for genomics data generation and processing in the life sciences.
Gather insights from key customers, developers, and partner with Solutions Architects, Alliance Management, and Business Development on broader market signals to set requirements and priorities.
Work closely with engineering leadership to deliver on our product roadmap.
Engage key customers, academic collaborators, bioinformatics developers, and industry partners to capture insights, validate concepts, and drive adoption.
Define the go-to-market strategies and contribute to product positioning and sales enablement.
Work with product marketing and technical marketing engineering to assist in creating technical content that communicates your products' value proposition to the world.
What we need to see:
Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in computational biology, bioengineering, or biophysics.
Deep expertise in sequencing technologies and bioinformatics pipelines, including related emerging areas (graph genomes).
Demonstrated understanding of algorithmic and bioinformatics applications in genomics, including genome assembly, secondary analysis, and applications in diagnostics and precision medicine.
8+ or more years of product management experience, with proven delivery of software tools, libraries, and SDKs.
Experience with deep learning in genomics including applications in variant calling, pathogenicity detection, and genomic foundation models.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Hands-on contributions to multi-omics tooling used by the community.
Background with large scale genomics workflows and cloud deployments. Domain knowledge and the ability to generate meaningful biological insights and interpretations from complex, multi-omic datasets are a plus.
Experience in the analysis and interpretation of copy number variation, gene fusions, transcriptome (RNA-seq) data, whole genome sequencing (WGS), methylation assays, or proteomics experiments.
Experience in zero-to-one product ideation and delivery, productizing bioinformatics and AI/ML models for genomics applications.
Background in multi-species applications of genomics in biomedicine, bio-manufacturing, or agriculture and experience with NVIDIA GPUs (CUDA) and our HPC+AI software stack.
