Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with software development, and with architectural components and system design.
  • Experience with Machine Learning libraries and concepts.

The core mission of gTech Users and Products (gUP) Gemini Partner Engineers is to ensure partners can successfully adopt and deploy connected apps using the Gemini App. This involves understanding the partner's technical and business goals and providing hands-on guidance to help them integrate with the Gemini App. We are in a nascent and changing space that is both exciting and ambiguous. We are seeking highly skilled Partner Engineers with a strong background in Google Tech Stack/Python/Colab to join our team and contribute to the future of partner integrations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main technical advisor for Gemini App partners. Collaborate on high value use cases with the latest capabilities of Gemini App, build prototypes, troubleshoot technical issues related to model performance and infrastructure. Ensure a frictionless partner and user experience and grow user value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Gemini App, shaping future capabilities and developer tools. Work with cross-functional teams to bring partner-facing features to market.
  • Represent the partner. Gather feedback, identify pain points, and spot recurring patterns from partner engagements and share insights with product team advocating for partner success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and latest machine learning research, tools and techniques.
