Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital/technical production, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, production or performance media.
  • Experience in developing scaled process and ways of working related to Creative, Partners, or AI.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with project management involving the delivery of high profile projects with ability to deliver simple and compelling stories that translate client needs to innovative and technical implementation plans.
  • Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users with quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
  • Experience in marketing/creative/production/operations; or familiarity with the creative process working closely with sales and cross-functional teams to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience using data visualization tools and spreadsheets to present and manipulate data for various audiences.
  • Experience working in partnership management or creative AI capabilities; strong operational mindset.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring Third-Party (3P) AI Proofs of Concept and programming is executed flawlessly. You will partner with Creative AI 3P Leads who own Go-to-market and business and customer strategy and partner management, to help activate these work-streams from contract to launch. You will develop and manage our process, and be a lead in contracting and scope management. You will function as a technical expert in all things 3P Creative AI, particularly around 3P Partner capabilities, with a focus on ad operations and implementation.

You can navigate ambiguity while building a strong process, simplify technical information into digestible comms and ways of working. You will play a critical role in ensuring broad understanding of opportunities and limitations of partners and the developing Google APIs and product capabilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the end-to-end implementation process for our AI 3PP program. Understand and build appropriate schedules and project milestones that you help manage. Iterate on the process based on performance data and market insights.
  • Create scalable scopes of work to simplify the sell-in and management of 3PAI Proof Of Concept efforts; handle incentive management and billing.
  • Partner with Creative AI 3P leads to understand the nuance in capabilities of 3Ps and implications for set up, launch and management; specific focus on nuances between DV360, YouTube Ads, and CM.
  • Understand 1P capabilities and how they compare to 3Ps. Develop 3P APIs to ensure understanding of timing, deliverables, and implications for US Customer Activation and our core partners.
  • Deliver clear updates on incentive utilization, launches, performance and more.
