We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager for our New Product Introduction (NPI) Master Scheduling Organization. The position requires great leadership, exceptional capacity planning, supply planning, and build planning expertise in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Master Scheduling Planners for all NVIDIA NPI products, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize NPI capacity and build planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Help to evolve our planning processes to better support the complex rack-based Data center products that are critical to NVIDIA's success.

  • Develop a process for planning NPI builds, taking into account Capacity analysis, material status, and other build readiness metrics, such as test and assembly readiness.

  • Oversee the integration of advanced data analytics tools to improve team’s productivity and enhance decision-making capabilities among cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations.

  • Establish KPIs for master scheduling and planning activities, regularly reviewing team performance against these metrics to drive accountability and excellence.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align long term NPI demand forecasts and supply strategies with broader business objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on Engineering requirement and operational data.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure effective communication between design engineering build management, industrial engineering, and manufacturing teams regarding factory capacity and production schedules.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, IE, Supply Chain or Business preferred, with 12+ overall years, most recent experience in NPI planning, production planning/control, master scheduling or supply chain manufacturing with 5+ years of proven leadership experience in planning or supply chain management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • Expert in product lifecycles and NPI Processes is crucial.

  • Experience working with complex data center products a plus.

  • Experience with capacity planning and forecasting tools, along with strong understanding of NPI processes and supply chain dynamics.

  • Extensive experience working with OEM/CM environment.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.
