Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles.
  • 8 years of experience in a high-tech Industry with a focus in Manufacturing, Operations, Development or equivalent.
  • Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in a fast-moving hardware development environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR, etc.) without direct authority.
  • Ability to deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, with excellent communication skills, including with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and investigative skills, with effective business acumen, and ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction (e.g., spreadsheet modeling).
  • Excellent in data analysis and visualization.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the Quality and Reliability business process and initiatives for our AI infrastructure. You will ensure the flawless operation of Google's AI infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support executive leadership in driving company level, cross-functional Hardware and Quality projects, structuring presentations, and developing recommendations.
  • Establish and lead operating business processes for effectively managing the organization including process optimization and improvement through digitization or tool as solution.
  • Partner closely across many functions, both within the organization and within other parts of Google. Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends and perspectives that may influence our partners and our work.
  • Deliver a strategic narrative across all components of the business through scaled communications (e.g., Product Hardware and Quality Meeting, QBR, MOR), organization-wide executive communication (strategy review).
  • Influence and enable global staffing strategies for Global Hardware Quality organization through balancing Technology and product Hardware requirements.
