Administrative Assistant – Operations

 We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide leadership and organizational support to senior leaders within NVIDIA’s Operations Organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about enabling leaders and teams to succeed—through strong relationships, collaboration, proactive support, and exceptional organizational skills. This position is based at our Santa Clara headquarters and requires someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you will anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks, make timely decisions, and contribute directly to the success of organizational objectives. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to Ops VPs, including calendar, scheduling, and prioritization management. 

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. 

  • Plan and complete business events and team meetings, managing logistics, agendas and budgets. 

  • Partner with leaders on communications and presentations; maintain accurate content and distribution lists. 

  • Collaborate across teams and anticipate needs to remove roadblocks and streamline processes. 

  • Actively participate in the Ops EA community by sharing standard processes, coordinating on cross-team initiatives, and driving collective success across the organization 

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on moderately complex assignments. 

  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with proficiency in office and collaboration tools.  Orientation to adopt new technology and AI solutions. 

  • Proven initiative in building productive relationships, solving problems, and improving processes. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by reinforcing established processes and effectively communicating updates or changes to team members 

  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines, even in ambiguous environments, ensuring productive outcomes

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 56,000 USD - 87,975 USD for Level 2, and 72,000 USD - 120,750 USD for Level 3.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
