Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, or related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
9 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
2 years of experience managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive through to deployment.
Present clear and compelling data-backed recommendations to executive leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.
Manage and develop a team of business analysts, and support them through technical coaching, standards-setting, prioritization, and task allocation as well as a robust roadmap that can be agile / adaptable to changing stakeholder needs.
Oversee BI solutions and infrastructure design to facilitate data sourcing/gathering, storage, and retrieval to output a suite of reports, queries, and dashboards to democratize information for decision-makers across the organization. Partner with upstream source systems to influence input and storage.
Lead in-depth analyses across multiple data-sets (e.g., business, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to drive data-driven decision-making on critical business sales motions and initiatives.
