The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Define, develop, monitor, and analyze metrics reflecting delivery performance and growth across multiple teams.
Organize and streamline data pipelines behind tools and dashboards supporting different infrastructure delivery teams.
Identify, scope, and coordinate/manage programs and projects to improve quality and efficiency of the overall network delivery operations.
Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to represent and advocate operational needs, implement plans, coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.
Identify problems and drive cross-functional solutions across the operations organization.
