The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, monitor, and analyze metrics reflecting delivery performance and growth across multiple teams. 
  • Organize and streamline data pipelines behind tools and dashboards supporting different infrastructure delivery teams.
  • Identify, scope, and coordinate/manage programs and projects to improve quality and efficiency of the overall network delivery operations.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to represent and advocate operational needs, implement plans, coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.
  • Identify problems and drive cross-functional solutions across the operations organization.
