Within the Messaging Services and AI teams, we’re evolving our machine learning platform to deliver intelligent, context-aware features while ensuring high performance, scalability, and efficiency. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and optimize ML systems that power next-generation AI capabilities in Teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale applied AI, model deployment, and production-grade ML pipelines—all while collaborating with researchers and engineers across Microsoft.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
