Come build the platform that powers Microsoft’s partner ecosystem. In Partner Center & Marketplace—a core part of Microsoft’s Commerce + Ecosystems division—you help deliver foundational services and experiences that enable partners to build, publish, sell, and grow with Microsoft, while helping customers discover and deploy 1P/3P solutions. You leverage GitHub Copilot and the latest generative AI models as you work across APIs, big data, services, and user experiences that operate at global scale, making it simpler, more secure, and more intelligent for partners and sellers to do business with Microsoft.
This position is part of the Partner Foundations Engineering team, responsible for building the platform and infrastructure services that power the Partner Portal (partner.microsoft.com), Partner AI Assistant, Partner Security, and Partner Enrollment. This highly visible role offers significant impact, as the components you build are used by our entire ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders. As a Software Engineer on this team, you explore and innovate with cutting-edge technologies like Azure, OpenAI & LLMs, Data & ML, driving business processes and contributing to strategy and broader vision. You work on services built from the ground up and influence the design and architecture of our solutions.
Success in this role means being curious, eager to learn, and able to deliver reliable, high-quality features that improve partner and customer experiences. You leverage modern AI tools—including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and GitHub Copilot—to solve problems, moving with urgency and speed while balancing quality and security. You grow by seeking feedback, sharing ideas, and learning from others, knowing that innovation comes from many perspectives and continuous learning. Throughout, you demonstrate Microsoft’s values of respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals.
