Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in leading projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced professional degree.
  • Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis with knowledge of SQL, databases and basic automation techniques such as dashboards, automating custom reports, and materializing tables.
  • Client-facing experience and ability to navigate complex customer organizations influence across levels from day-to-day to C-suite.
  • Background in consulting, analytics, or financial modeling and experience with Marketing Analytics, 3P Analytics Platforms, web analytics (Adobe/GA4).
  • Ability to deliver distilling complex data analysis and insights into digestible narratives.

You will take ownership by solving some of the most cutting edge challenges facing large businesses today.

In this role, you will work on complex data & measurement issues where there are no standard solutions. Initiatives are often aligned to Google’s broader strategic bets, and ALs aim to generate insights that are future-proof and advance client measurement capabilities. Key examples include: marketing analytics modeling, financial modeling, deep consumer insights, and identifying quantifiable strategies to drive sales using digital media. Once you have solved these challenges, you'll see your solutions come to life and consistently act as a change agent within our client’s organization; using clear and compelling data points to articulate your recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Help customers navigate the shift to an AI first era of marketing, leveraging Google AI and ML solutions and articulating and quantifying the value and impact of investments in this area.
  • Develop relationships with analytics counterparts and earn their trust, challenging the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Collaborate across teams innovating to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, and behavioral insights. Lead the full lifecycle of analytics and measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
