Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of technical program management experience, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
5 years of experience in contracting, including leading negotiations and drafting, and managing vendor relationships in the infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.
5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, paralegal or related legal field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in the data center or related mission-critical industries.
8 years of experience in construction agreement law, drafting, and with various standard agreement types.
8 years of experience with procurement for large-scale heavy utility infrastructure projects, including best practices and regulatory requirements.
8 years of experience in building relationships, leading large cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments.
Excellent communication, prioritization, negotiation, program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of procurement and agreement management for offsite infrastructure projects, from initial planning and drafting to discussion and closeout.
Partner with internal and external teams, including legal, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and engineering, to ensure all procurement plans and agreements meet business and regulatory requirements.
Manage the full solicitation process, including market research, issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.
Develop and implement a vendor performance management program to evaluate key metrics and continuously improve efficiency.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to project success, vendor capabilities, and contractual vulnerabilities.
