Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy and operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience with spreadsheet modeling (e.g., agreement structures, detailed scenario forecasting, program performance tracking, market sizings, SQL, etc.).
  • 2 years of experience in presentation (i.e., owning content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience with ad-supported and subscription business models.
  • Experience in the Entertainment and Sports industries.
  • Experience with database querying, dashboard creation and SQL coding and analysis experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, investigative skills and impeccable business judgment.

The YouTube Connected TV ('CTV') Product Activation team supports the CTV partnership and product strategies globally. As a Global Product Activation Manager, you will focus on supporting the partnership/product teams and cross-functional business line owners on business decision analysis, program management, agreements and special project support, business planning and operations, product go-to-market strategies and product feedback reporting.

Succeeding requires being an expert in YouTube’s business models and proactively identifying/assessing/actioning areas of opportunity. You will work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders and develop trusted relationships to align on and execute priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with PM, Content Partnerships, Eng, Marketing, PR, Finance, and Ops teams to shape product strategy, acquire content, craft go-to-market strategy, comms and readiness for new products and synthesize global market feedback.
  • Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights including: product/program data analysis, agreement or business scenario analyses, dashboarding, and deck building.
  • Provide insights and lead continuous product and operational excellence efforts at YouTube, working closely with Business and Product teams.
  • Partner with global, cross-functional YouTube and Google teams on YouTube CTV business initiatives (e.g., annual strategy, agreement execution, performance tracking).
  • Prepare effective presentations that clearly communicate findings from initiatives to executive management and to the broader organization.
