Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in enterprise tech/cloud sales, management consulting or partner management.
  • 5 years of experience leading a GTM region.
  • 5 years of experience working in AI Infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience leading deals, requiring cross-functional coordination and c-suite management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Experience working across multiple organizations to drive complex initiatives to resolution.
  • Experience in business development, consulting or strategic sales in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
  • Strong communications skills and experience successfully operating in a fast pace, high-impact work environment.
  • Deep market knowledge about AI Natives and a robust understanding of the emerging Gen-AI industry tech stack.
  • Deep understanding of GCP’s AI Infrastructure and strategic deal cycles.

As the Regional Director, AI Infrastructure TPU GTM, you will be responsible for driving exponential revenue growth for Google Cloud through TPU partnerships and strategic customer engagements across GCP’s GTM segments and verticals. In this leadership role, you will collaborate across field sales, AI Infra tech specialists, capacity, product, engineering, and finance to develop and grow long-term AI Infra TPU partnerships and operate at the C-level internally and externally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow AI Infra revenue for your region for Google Cloud through new, expanded or accelerated TPU partnerships and strategic customer engagements across GCP’s GTM segments.
  • Lead Google Cloud’s most strategic and complex TPU agreement cycles with a customer-first mindset, strong sense of ownership, and accountability for the success of the partnership.
  • Drive strategic go-to-market and commercial initiatives to accelerate short- and long-term growth for Google’s Cloud TPU business. 
  • Develop and implement regional/industry specific go-to-market strategies jointly with the broader AI Infra team and a cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Build and deepen trusted relationships with the C-Suite of the most strategic AI Infra customers, and influence long-term strategic direction. Serve as a business partner, thought leader, and strategic advisor to Google Cloud’s senior management and represent Google Cloud externally.
