Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in tuning performance and optimizing for large-scale distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in Kubernetes, including container orchestration, cluster management, and service deployment.
- Experience working in high-security, regulated, or compliant environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for GDC air-gapped platform services.
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of engineers and team leads.
- Drive the design and implementation of key platform features, including resource organization, tagging, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and external partners.
- Identify technical risks, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure the long-term health and maintainability of the platform.
