Amazon Luxury Stores is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead all onsite and offsite marketing initiatives for our Luxury Stores business. This leader will manage a team of seven marketers responsible for shaping the way customers discover, engage with, and shop luxury brands across Amazon. This role is pivotal in building a best-in-class luxury shopping experience - one that balances innovation, personalization, and industry nuance - while driving measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in luxury retail or luxury brand marketing, with a proven ability to translate the heritage and artistry of luxury into compelling digital experiences. They will pair this expertise with strong technical acumen, including comfort with data-driven decision making, marketing automation, and the application of GenAI in creative and scalable ways. This leader should be both a visionary and an executor, equally capable of defining the future of luxury marketing at Amazon and diving into the details that deliver customer and client success.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a holistic luxury marketing strategy, balancing storytelling, personalization, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional partners - including category management, creative, product, and tech teams - while also collaborating with high-priority brand partners to deliver experiences that elevate and protect their brand equity. You will lead efforts to test and refine AI-generated creative and marketing assets, ensuring automation enhances brand storytelling while meeting the high creative bar required for luxury.
This role requires a leader with strong judgment, an appreciation for the subtleties of luxury branding, and an ability to balance art and science - leveraging insights, data, and technology while never losing sight of the craftsmanship and prestige that define the luxury sector. If you are passionate about redefining how customers discover and shop luxury online, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the leadership skills to guide both strategy and execution, we’d love to hear from you.
