Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing the delivery of network technologies or services within network environments (e.g., Service Provider, Enterprise, or Cloud networks).
  • Experience managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, including the integration of security requirements for networking hardware and software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working directly with external vendors on technical deliverables.
  • Experience with testbed environments and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience within network security concepts and protocols (e.g., gNSI, Bootz, Attestz, and vulnerability management).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive execution and delivery plans including scope, schedules, milestones, and risk management for vendor feature development and releases.
  • Identify technical and schedule risks related to vendor deliverables, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Serve as the program manager for all global infrastructure security matters, working to align strategies and execution with key partners.
  • Drive the security programs and manage the production of global infrastructure security services and workflows. 
  • Partner with security engineering leads to provide feedback on the security aspects of network designs.
