Join NVIDIA's team to manage physical AI learning and training program, owning the operationalization and delivery of hands-on training at virtual and in-person events worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for hands-on labs, workshops, and adjacent initiatives at conferences.

  • Coordinate event logistics, technical requirements (equipment, platforms, content), and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training experiences.

  • Plan, forecast, schedule, and track training program achievements.

  • Define and track metrics to measure program efficiency, participant engagement, and learning outcomes; analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Act as the main contact for internal collaborators, external partners, and event vendors regarding training program implementation.

  • Drive process improvements for scaling training delivery, including automation, documentation, and standardization of training assets.

  • Grow the physical AI training program at events to make more meaningful contributions to NVIDIA’s strategic training goals at events.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Management) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on learning, training, or developer enablement.

  • Consistent track record of delivering sophisticated technical training programs at scale, preferably at conferences or large events.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively, with experience working in complex organizational structures.

  • Ability to analyze data, report on program success, and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience developing and delivering hands-on technical workshops or certification programs at industry-leading conferences.

  • Grasp of technical deployment knowledge including but not limited to virtualization equipment, GPU HW, system configurations, etc.

  • Proven process improvement and automation in training operations.

  • Technical proficiency in relevant domains (simulation technology, physical AI, GPU technologies, developer tools, etc.) and NVIDIA technologies and developer ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual/hybrid event platforms.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 3, and 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
