Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Experience in consulting, analytics or financial modeling.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, third-party analytics platforms and web analytics (e.g.,Adobe/GA4).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases and basic automation techniques such as dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables.

As an Analytical Lead, you will drive data-driven decision-making to transform the businesses of major clients in the Lead Generation industry. In this role, you will use your expertise in analytics and marketing, address marketing analytics modeling, financial analysis and consumer insights to develop quantifiable digital sales and communicate data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing issues and measure success.
  • Guide customers through the shift to AI-first marketing by leveraging Google's AI/ML solutions and articulating the value of these investments.
  • Build relationships with analytics counterparts, testing the status quo together by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Collaborate across teams to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities and develop scalable solutions for industry issues.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value and customer segmentation and lead the full life-cycle of analytics and measurement initiatives.
