Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Experience with camera or video technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing projects that have led to the launch of AI-powered imaging features or products, in areas like photo editing, camera apps, or computational photography.
  • Experience working with research, engineering, design, and product teams to deliver consumer-facing features, ensuring alignment.
  • Knowledge of image enhancement techniques, computational photography, and AI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies with ability to manage complex, multi-functional projects in fluid environments.
  • Ability to drive innovation and advance imaging AI to create personalized user experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage project and product life cycles for new AI-powered features and products.
  • Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to drive the development of imaging AI technologies.
  • Manage research initiatives, developing timelines and milestones for innovation incubation.
  • Track progress of AI model development ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Work with leadership to align projects with broader Platforms and Devices goals, providing updates and ensuring priority initiatives receive appropriate resources.
