DESCRIPTION

Leading film studio seeks a detail-oriented Distribution Operations Manager to join our studio's distribution team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of theatrical and digital content distribution strategies. A successful candidate will be adept and excited by all phases of release films in theatres.

Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate theatrical and digital release schedules across multiple territories
• Track and manage content and key delivery to domestic and international locations
• Maintain distribution databases and generate daily and weekly reports
• Liaise with internal departments including Publicity, Finance
• Assist in quality control of delivered materials
• Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 – 3 years in a role responsible for theatrical content delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Understanding of theatrical film formats and technical specifications
• Experience with theatrical booking and accounting systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Arts degree
• Knowledge of theatrical distribution practices
• Familiarity with accounting software/systems (e.g. SAP)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $224,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
