We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agent Cloud team—a group focused on delivering modern, high-scale, and inclusive front-end experiences. If you thrive on building intuitive, performant user interfaces using the latest technologies and enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, and researchers to bring ideas to life, this is the role for you. 

In this position, you will work across the stack with an emphasis on front-end development. You will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative features that power Agent Cloud, helping shape the future of how users interact with AI-driven tools.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products. 

Other Requirements: 

• The ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:  
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will require you to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Typescript, and related technologies with a track record of delivering high-performant, accessible, and scalable experiences in production.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
