Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience partnering with engineering teams to manage cyber threat investigations.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in security, fraud, spam and abuse space/ecosystem.
Understanding of Machine Learning/Large Language Models (LLMs).
Ability to collaborate effectively with Business/Technical/Product stakeholders and leadership to align project priorities and schedules.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Trust and Safety, Workspace and Cloud to deliver critical product protections and enhance user safety and trust.
Partner with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs) that align with strategic security and privacy goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identifying critical paths, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks to ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex security initiatives.
Manage program communications and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear, timely, and effective updates to team members, partners, and leadership on program progress, risks, and milestones.
Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement by defining and analyzing metrics to measure program impact, identify inefficiencies, and refine processes for future security-related work.
