This is a position for a TLM role on a critical back end infrastructure team. Candidates are or will be interested in growing into a TLM role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects by working with cross-functional teams and users to design and build distributed software solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale network management software and infrastructure.
Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers, fostering alignment and clarity across multiple teams on project goals and outcomes.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while facilitating the evolution of network management infrastructure to meet growing network needs.
Develop a long-term goals for the product area, identifying ways to evolve network infrastructure and software solutions.
