Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 1 year experience as a PM with a focus on developer tools or software development lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience in building products that empower developers.
- Experience working with large organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Git, code hosting platform, and related developer tools and workflows.
- Ability to define and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and engaging analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the existing landscape; define and prioritize capabilities based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Translate user needs into clear and well-defined product requirements; create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines; and drive adoption across different developer populations.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders across Core Developer and key partner teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Future of Git SDLC; use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
