We’re looking for inspiring technologists to lead our team of extraordinary Developer Relations Managers (DevRels) for Industrial Engineering (CAE/EDA). In this role, you will lead the DevRel team in defining strategic partnerships, leading collaborations, driving SDK adoption, and evangelizing the NVIDIA platform with developers and customers. You and your team will define and deliver fruitful technical engagements with the leading software vendors and lighthouse accounts in engineering software and semiconductor manufacturing, driving acceleration in every industrial engineering workload in-cloud and on-prem.

What you'll be doing:
As a key leader of a focused team, you will be responsible for your team's end-to-end ownership of technical engagements driving the adoption of the NVIDIA platform in Industrial Engineering.
Be a trusted advisor and deeply understand the technical and relationship environments in which your team operates. Translate this understanding into product requirements and solutions. Help your team see around corners and increase partner success through accelerated computing.
Develop and grow your team to ensure we have the appropriate skills to meet the needs of Industrial Engineering in an ever evolving space.
Develop customer and developer strategy with cross functional teams in Product and Engineering.
Lead strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, leading ISVs, and influential researchers.
Discover high impact problems NVIDIA can uniquely solve that create new market paradigms.
Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities.
Speak at relevant scientific, technical and industry conferences.
What We Need To See:
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ overall years of experience.
5+ years of experience in people and technical leadership at a major technology company managing partnerships, relationships, and technologies.
Strong sense of ownership for your team's work coupled with persistent organization and a talent for driving focus across a diverse team of world-class talent.
Experience managing technical and business alliances across multiple partner groups and the peer teams.
Proven understanding of CAE/EDA technologies and ecosystem.
World-class communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
Experience with NVIDIA products and SDKs (CUDA, CUDA-X Libraries, PhysicsNeMo, Omniverse).
Recognized leadership experience in CAE, EDA, high-performance computing environments, applied machine learning, or deep learning.
Background in CAE, EDA, or semiconductor manufacturing with a proven understanding of cloud-native and on-prem solutions.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
