Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in physical design CAD flow development from netlist to GDSII.
Experience with industry-standard tools such as Primetime, StarRC, Redhawk, Innovus, Fusion compiler Place and Route tools.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with advanced nodes (e.g., 3nm, 2nm).
Experience with Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies.
Knowledge of low-power design techniques.
Excellent scripting skills in Python and TCL.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

Lead the Static Timing Analysis (STA) and EMIR flow development.
Collaborate with Design, Physical design, IT/infrastructure teams to ensure successful Computer Aided Design (CAD) flow development.
Develop and maintain PDCAD methodologies for STA and EMIR.
Evaluate and introduce new CAD tools and technologies including AI/ML.
Contribute to the development of technical specifications and documentation.
