Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, or other software infrastructure areas.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with key Enterprise workloads (e.g., MSSQL, SAP HANA).
  • Knowledge of locally attached Storage systems (LSDD) and performance needs.
  • Knowledge of different workload requirements (e.g., emerging and existing) and their demands on the underlying infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive, build, and scale new CPU based VMs to market under google compute engine.
  • Work across hardware, software, research, and product teams towards product goals and roadmap.
  • Understand the competitive dynamics and industry trends on where the innovation is happening for both workloads and hardware.
  • Drive the roadmap for CPU and Memory technologies, guest OS support, network, storage, hypervisor, and offloads.
  • Provide data-driven insights to prioritize engineering initiatives and support return on investment.
