We care deeply about the people who use our products. You will be a thoughtful team leader, manager, systems-level design thinker, and visionary - with instincts and outstanding intuition informed by user needs and insights. You will be responsible for guiding the careers of our team members, working closely with each of them to help them realize their full potential.

You will be involved in close collaboration with UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Program Management leads across both YouTube and Google DeepMind, with the ultimate goal of establishing YouTube as a premier platform for creation.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
