We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to join our Sales FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Finance Business Partner to support WW Sales with sales targets, metrics and revenue analytics
Build and own financial models and analyses, reporting and associated narratives with expert finance and business acumen including the ability to communicate meaningful insights with senior leaders and influence business decisions
Establish and drive development and reporting of key performance measurements including a dashboard to help drive and measure sales productivity
Manage data quality and data accuracy across all analyses, reporting and projects and drive continuous improvement efforts; ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all analyses and reporting
Lead design, implementation, and testing of sales productivity, planning and reporting tools
Standardize and automate analysis and reporting to scale the business
Build strong partnerships across Sales and Finance
What we need to see:
12+ overall years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with data analytics and data modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
4+ years leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business; MBA a plus
Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques in Excel, with ability to build and convey business insight
Ability to define new process and analytics as well as influence business decisions
Ability to improve and streamline manual processes and drive efficiency
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the Company

Expert analytical and complex financial modeling skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience collaborating across a large organization to influence change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partner with all levels of a company’s organization

Experience with SAP, SFDC, Tableau and BI Tools applications

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
