What you’ll be doing:
Deepening your C/C++ programming skills and learn ground breaking embedded computing technologies for Jetson Embedded Platform and other Tegra SoC based Linux and Android products.
Mentors and team colleagues will help you develop and debug functional and performance aspects of Linux kernel, platform and applications.
NVIDIA CPU and GPU technologies are the core areas you will work on for your intern project.
Making contributions to software development to accelerate key technologies such as deep learning and neural networks, for use in automotive, robotics, living room entertainment and other embedded systems.
Collaborate with a team of hardware, system and software engineers.
What we need to see:
Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or related field
Strong Computer Science/Engineering fundamentals
Extensive C/C++ programming and debugging experience on Linux systems
Understanding on operating system kernel internals
Hands-on experience on performance profiling and optimization
Ability to write test automation and technical documents for your project
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience on hardware and software development of embedded systems like Jetson devkit
Contribution to Linux kernel or other open source projects
Familiarity with deep learning and neural networks, computer vision, CUDA and OpenGL application programming
Experience on programming display, graphics and media features
Experience with system boot loaders.
