As a Sr. Technical Program Manager within the global IT PMO team, you will play a critical role leading and supervising programs. The role requires objectives, developing roadmaps, collaborating closely with teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to ensure efficient and effective delivery and integrated planning solutions within the organization. In partnership with senior IT leaders, this role is responsible for global execution of projects, ensuring consistency and timely in line with PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to manage strategic projects encompasses the entire process of transforming raw materials into finished goods and delivering them to the end customer in production planning, material management, logistics, inventory management and demand fulfillment optimization in fabless semiconductor/hi-tech industry.
Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Identify process bottlenecks, use standard methodologies, leverage technology solutions.
Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference.
Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization processes. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement technology solutions. Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
8+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or within a similar role.
Agile Execution experience using collab tools like Jira is mandatory
Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization concepts and methodologies.
Experience managing supply chain manufacturing projects with integration into procurement, finance, planning and other key business functions
Expert in managing projects that involve cross-functional business and IT teams of large-scale nature. Including the use of LLM, Chatbots, AI technologies.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.
Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.
Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
Experience as a technical Program Manager with a focus on SCM, production planning, material management and logistics.
An analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Working experience in the semiconductor industry

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
