As a Sr. Staff Business System Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team located in Santa Clara, CA. What you'll be doing:
Analyzing and defining business requirements for IT systems to ensure seamless, high-impact implementation of solutions.
Collaborating with multi-functional teams and partners to identify technology strategies that align with business objectives, improve user experience, and achieve quantifiable outcomes.
Leading and handling IT and AI enabled projects spanning the Atlassian portfolio and beyond—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear success metrics.
Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on system design, configuration, integration, and AI adoption standard methodologies.
Bringing to bear analytics and metrics to track project performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in user happiness.
Offering expert guidance, mentorship, and customer-centric support to collaborators, ensuring positive project outcomes and improving adoption and engagement.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 10 years of proven experience in business systems analysis, IT solution delivery, or Atlassian platform administration and optimization.
Proficiency in system design, configuration, and integration, with a track record of delivering scalable, user-centric solutions within the Atlassian portfolio and broader enterprise IT ecosystem.
Demonstrated leadership in driving complex, cross-functional projects—balancing strategic vision with timely, on-budget execution.
Demonstrating strong analytical and decision-making skills by using data and metrics to prioritize initiatives, mitigate risks, and ensure measurable business impact.
Excellent communication, collaborator management, and teamwork skills to influence and align diverse teams toward shared goals.
