Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with new product introduction across software or hardware products (i.e. launching chips and chip design).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in software engineering, hardware engineering, end-to-end validation/CUJ testing, and systems knowledge.
  • Experience with launching data center products and deployments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

As a Technical Program Manager for MSCA, you will lead the new product introduction of systems, hardware, and software critical to enabling Cloud and Google services.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production.
  • Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across large cross-functional teams.
  • Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and consensus.
  • Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
  • Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions, engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and other groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
