Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
  • Experience with Machine Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Generative AI Agent Experience.
  • Experience with Android or iOS.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-stack engineering team building Ask Health and Insights.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and planning of critical initiatives in partnership with Product, UI/UX, and Clinical teams. 
  • Partner with the AI Research team to design and productionize AI/ML capabilities.
  • Keep abreast of the latest in the AI world both to educate the team and to help steer the products. 
  • Build a conversational interface to a health coach (Ask Health), delivering AI-driven health insights, conversational onboarding and personalization.
