Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
  • Experience developing and launching products/technologies within AI/ML.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience with Content Recommendations, Large-scale Online Experimentation and Analysis, Machine Learning, Embeddings, Recommendation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs), Large Model Evaluations.
  • Experience working with engineering and research teams on ML projects.
  • Understanding of the short-form video landscape, User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms, and internet culture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in-depth.
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting-edge technologies.
  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Work with machine learning engineering teams to establish quality programs that help improve the Shorts recommendations algorithms.
