Our customers have unlimited access to thousands of titles, including award-winning Amazon Original Series and Movies like The Boys, Coming 2 America and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, as well as add-on Channels like Starz and StackTV, and rent/buy movies. In this role you will support our LATCANZ business serving customers across LATAM, Canada, Australia, and our expanding international regions.

The Prime Video ROW marketing group is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help execute and optimize our marketing activities for Prime Video. In this role, you will be focused on implementing programs for marketing materials of all types and contributing to process improvements that enhance our customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program rollouts, product launches, and help maintain documentation, SOPs, AI implementation and playbooks for the Prime Video International team.

This position is responsible for managing complex marketing operations initiatives across multiple organizations and geographies. You will help drive standardization in processes, automation efforts, AI development, improve efficiencies, and support scaling across languages, countries, business lines, and content slates. The role involves working with regional teams, finance, and leadership to implement large-scale projects and technical solutions. You will help facilitate regional trainings, participate in office hours, and support change management initiatives. As a key partner to global teams, you will provide regional insights and collaborate with counterparts in EMEA, US, and APAC to implement process improvements. You will also work with product and tech teams to represent LATCANZ marketing priorities and support various tech initiatives. Key focus areas include: 1) campaign operations, 2) asset management, 3) localization, and 4) tooling and tech.


Key job responsibilities
• Liase between Global Marketing Team, Regional Ops Teams, Studios Production, US Marketing and Regional Country Teams to define joint goals and priorities
• Help expand projects that serve the needs of our regional team, understand their needs and work with central teams to meet them.
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve process and cost efficiency
• Architect scalable practices that can serve Prime Video marketing teams worldwide.
• Develop goals and bench marks across our Mkt Ops programs
• Think big, invent and simplify to enhance and expand use of existing tools; evaluates new tools and technologies for future development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading primary research studies across various methodologies: online quant surveys, focus groups, 1:1, ethnographies, online qual, mobile
- Experience with various statistical techniques (regression analysis, coefficient correlation)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
