Technical Program Manager III, Engineering Compliance, Global Affairs

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in data analysis using SQL and building data visualization (e.g., dashboards).
• Experience in compliance and risk management

Preferred qualifications:

• Industry-recognized certifications in compliance (e.g., CISA, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP).
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will have an understanding of compliance regulations and standard procedures, as well as experience in program management and project execution. You will have excellent communication skills and a combination of technical competency and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional groups.

• Lead and support projects based on emergent business needs.
• Structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations.
• Propose and evaluate technical solutions from engineering teams to ensure their efficacy.
