ABOUT THE ROLE
Audible is looking for a Global Head of Creative Brand to lead and evolve Audible’s brand identity and creative expression across global markets. This individual will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of Audible’s brand as well as its original content portfolio, including Audible Originals, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and future-forward visual and narrative voice.
The Global Head of Creative Brand will oversee a multidisciplinary global creative team—including design, copy, video, experiential, and audio branding—and partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to bring Audible’s purpose and storytelling to life across all consumer touchpoints.
As a Global Head of Creative Brand, you will...
- Lead and define the global creative vision for the Audible brand and Audible Originals content
- Ensure creative work is strategically aligned, insight-driven, and culturally resonant across all channels and regions
- Champion design excellence and storytelling innovation in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
- Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Consumer Marketing, and Content Development teams to craft cohesive and differentiated campaign narratives
- Define and evolve Audible’s visual and tonal brand guidelines in alignment with broader business goals
- Serve as a senior creative advisor to executive leadership, influencing business strategy through creative storytelling
- Oversee development and execution of multi-channel brand and content marketing campaigns, including trailers, key art, social content, packaging, and audio-first advertising

- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles at global brands, agencies, or media companies
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams across brand, content, and product marketing
- Experience demonstrating creative leadership across brand campaigns, content marketing, and digital platforms
- Experience understanding the intersection of brand, content, and consumer behavior in a digital and audio-first world
- Experience with storytelling across multiple formats, including video, audio, social, experiential, and interactive content
- Experience in the audio, entertainment, or streaming industries
- Background in content marketing or original content development
- Global brand experience or fluency in managing regionally distributed creative teams
- Passion for storytelling, innovation, and the power of sound

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
