In this high-visibility role, you will be embedded in Microsoft’s AI & Copilot ecosystem – helping synthesize complex technical problems into simple, elegant solutions for our AI agents and customers, shape product direction, unblock strategic initiatives, and drive clarity across engineering and business teams. You’ll work closely with leaders in product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure our agent platform delivers transformative value. Working across our engineering groups and with strategic customers and partners, you will deliver high-quality vision, game-changing agentic innovation that can scale to millions of users. This role uniquely blends deep technical research and architecture with external-facing solution leadership.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment defined by rapid change and ambiguity. You bring a “learn-it-all” mindset, high ownership, and a bias for action. You excel at influencing without authority and rallying cross-functional teams toward a common vision. You will also have a direct hand in pushing the boundaries of generative AI – exploring autonomous agents, multi-agent collaboration, advanced reasoning, and more – and guiding our team to convert these frontier ideas into impactful, user-friendly solutions.
This role is based at the Redmond campus, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation support is provided for this role.
