As a Senior Product Manager for Robotics Simulation, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, driving advancements in our brand-new robotics simulation framework. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on advancing our robotics simulation framework for robot learning.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to integrate functional tools and algorithms into the Isaac Lab robot learning framework.

  • Engage with the robotics industrial and research communities for feedback and drive the adoption of our technologies.

  • Ensure seamless integration with NVIDIA Omniverse and Newton for high-fidelity simulations and drive requirements for efficient domain-specific performance.

  • Coordinate the collaboration across teams to uncover user difficulties, outline needs, and lead all aspects of the effective rollout of product features

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master's preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience related to product engineering, with a focus on robotics, AI, or related technologies.

  • Deep understanding and 5+ years of experience in robotics and simulation workflows, including reinforcement learning (RL), imitation learning, motion planning, and trajectory optimization.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proficiency with simulation tools, particularly NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and their application in robotics research and expertise in advanced robot learning algorithms.

  • Proficient with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax.

  • Experience with real robot experiments and experienced with robot simulators such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Gym, MuJoCo, Sapien,

  • Experienced with robot learning techniques (reinforcement learning, imitation learning, etc.) and deep learning, model-based RL, trajectory optimization.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
