Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in shipping AI/ML-powered products or features.
  • Experience in owning a metric, and driving consistent and repeated wins in growing the metric.
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user psychology, and growth tactics.
  • Ability to own and deliver on a product goal and strategy for ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Ability to derive insights from data and adapt to a changing technological landscape.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Requirements Document (PRD) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple teams. 
  • Own and define project roadmaps.
  • Drive development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction and achieves an exceptional outcome.
  • Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business). 
  • Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
