As a Lifecycle Operations Project Manager in the Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the logistics processes for hardware components across various projects. Your expertise will ensure timely delivery and efficient coordination of supply chain activities, directly impacting the success of our cutting-edge AI initiatives.
 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with teams to map the business operations lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints, paths for critical issues, and responsible contacts for all involved.

  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for lifecycle escalations and Process Accountability. Rapidly coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issues and maintain operational momentum.

  • Process Documentation & Optimization: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, hand-offs, and responsibilities. Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and accountability.

  • Collaborator Collaboration: Partner closely with allocation and demand planning teams, engineering, OEMs, sales, and RMA to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

  • Reporting & Visibility: Collect, analyze, and present data-driven performance reports and dashboards for management and customers, proactively pointing out risk areas and improvement opportunities.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ overall years of experience, including 4+ years directly in process mapping, supply chain, RMA, logistics, or related program management (preferably with hardware, technology, or AI-related products).

  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, and collaborator management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for complex, cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.

  • Experience showcasing process documentation, handling customer concerns effectively, and crafting operational playbooks.

  • Proficiency with project management and data analytics tools for reporting and workflow optimization.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience managing operational programs for large-scale technology, hardware, or AI-focused industries.

  • History of leading cross-group process improvement initiatives, especially in new product introduction or rapid deployment settings.

  • Familiarity with escalation frameworks, RMA management, and rework processes.

  • Working knowledge of data visualization and analytics platforms.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—adept at identifying improvement opportunities and driving operational excellence even in ambiguity.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
