Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in GTM planning, or in Cloud FSI in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience delivering scaled GTM motions.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience selling Cloud products.
Experience with content creation and narrative development.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
Ability to learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
Ability to define/execute GTM processes, analytics, and reporting to scale the business.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Own the construction and implementation of Go-To-Market (GTM) FSI plays for specific product portfolio.
Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, align project portfolios and GTM plans with company strategy to achieve growth for Financial Services and Insurance (FSI).
Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM FSI blueprints across the full ecosystem such as industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation while collaborating with practice lead to balance efficiency and growth.
Oversee the GTM FSI portfolio while monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to practice lead to inform alignment.
