Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, managing product strategies, cross-functional (xfn) collaboration.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of Technical Product Management experience (i.e., creating product roadmaps from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).
  • Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models, with agents, agent-builders, or AI workflow tools.
  • Experience collaborating closely with UX partners to launch new products and features.
  • Experience in platform or internal tools product management.
  • Ability to learn new systems and engage in-depth with engineering partners.
  • Familiarity with the user research workflow.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI-first product goal, strategy, and roadmap for the participant management suite, driving the integration of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), especially Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based systems, to deliver magical user experiences throughout the participant management lifecycle.
  • Hone a compelling product narrative that articulates the transformative business impact and AI-driven user value to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and own key success metrics to measure product health, AI effectiveness, and operational efficiency, fostering a data-informed decision-making culture.
  • Enable the integration of Third Party (3P) tools, ensuring a cohesive suite and executing thoughtful deprecation plans for legacy systems.
  • Drive user-centricity by connecting directly with users and partnering closely with User Experience (UX) researchers to translate insights into AI-powered solutions.
