DESCRIPTION

Goodreads is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic growth marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in accelerating monetization across our ecosystem, launching new revenue-generating products, and optimizing existing programs to exceed business targets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that deliver measurable revenue results while enhancing our value proposition to authors, publishers and media & entertainment (M&E) brands.

Key job responsibilities
* Own the execution of new product launches and innovation initiatives within defined strategic frameworks
* Manage and optimize specific revenue-generating programs (e.g., author strategy, giveaways) with clear performance metrics
* Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials and reporting mechanisms
* Own data analysis for assigned programs and recommend optimization strategies
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (Editorial, Amazon Ads, Kindle) to drive program success
* Execute content monetization strategies for specific channels or segments
* Own benchmark reporting and performance analysis for assigned programs
* Develop and test sponsorship packages and advertising formats based on market insights

About the team
The Goodreads Revenue team drives monetization strategies that connect millions of readers with books they'll love while creating value for authors, publishers, and brands. We're a data-driven team that launches innovative advertising products, optimizes revenue programs, and builds partnerships across Amazon. Working closely with Editorial, Amazon Ads, Audible and Kindle teams, we balance reader experience with business growth. You'll join a collaborative group that values experimentation, customer obsession, and measurable impact in one of the world's largest reading communities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
