Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience building Web3 solutions on private or public cloud environments.
  • Experience delivering consumer or enterprise products and managing product solutions with stakeholders, leading product or product and engineering functions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Product management experience in the Web3 space, Enterprise software.
  • Experience with computer science.
  • Experience with Web3 technologies and in using cloud and mobile technologies to generate strategic differentiation within customers across industries and geographies.

About the job

In this role, you will lead Product Management for the Web3 team in Google Cloud. You will be responsible for Google Cloud Web3’s product roadmap, including defining, designing, delivering, and influencing the products that we build by leveraging technologies built in Google Cloud and Alphabet more broadly. You will work closely with our customers and importantly, other functions within Google, to help define the key set of product requirements and products that will help us grow customer adoption across the industry. This opportunity goes beyond just the products you build for our customers, and directly touches the application of technologies across Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as an Individual Contributor and lead a small team of Product Managers.
  • Work with Google Cloud Product Management and Engineering teams to take the best of their existing services, define and outline product gaps, build product gaps that can drive customer adoption, and create a set of metrics to measure success and report quarterly progress against goals.
  • Deliver on the most effective set of product solutions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to translate platform capabilities and roadmap into product outlook for customers.
  • Understand how your product outlook impacts the wider usage of Google Cloud by Web3 businesses.
