AWS is leading the democratization of machine learning, and we're looking for a senior product marketer to bring to life how AWS is helping our customers overcome challenges and realize the potential of gen AI for their business with robust storytelling.

Key job responsibilities
• Own customer storytelling for the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, a group of scientists and strategists with deep AI expertise that guide customers across the full AI lifecycle from ideation to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Develop bar raising AI customer stories that showcase how AWS customers are delivering value on AWS and work closely with integrated marketing to feature these stories in key marketing channels (e.g. campaigns, webpages, social, etc.)
• Pilot new ways to bring top AI customer stories to life across multiple mediums and channels.
• Work closely with the Generative AI Innovation Center leaders, strategists, and scientists to understand the adoption journey AWS AI customers are going through, and translate these insights into customer stories.
• Establish the right metrics and KPIs that will measure marketing effectiveness, optimize programs for maximum impact, and help continuously iterate on existing marketing assets


A day in the life
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AWS AI, you will work build compelling customer storytelling that explores the journey customers take to deliver value with AI. You will work hand-in-hand with customers, other marketers, strategists, and scientists to build bar-raising content and drive awareness and engagement across multiple channels. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, print collateral, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on the business and perception. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution, multiple times per day. We all work together on a rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience developing compelling content and messaging.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience creating bar raising customer storytelling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
